Santiago Vitagliano

Founder, Chairman, CEO and Chief Integrity Officer of The SAVI Group. Architect of The SAVI Capital Model.

is Founder, Chairman, CEO and Chief Integrity Officer of The SAVI Group, a private equity asset-management firm operating across the Americas. He founded the firm in 2002 and is the principal architect of The SAVI Capital Model, the four-tenet framework that governs every fund document the firm issues.

Over more than two decades of practice, his work has progressed through multiple market cycles and the disciplines the firm now deploys: private equity, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, aviation, and social-capital transactions. The firm serves Qualified Purchasers and Family Offices throughout the Americas. Under his leadership, The SAVI Group originates opportunities with operating partners whose own posture toward governance and shared-prosperity alignment matches the architectural premise of The SAVI Capital Model.

The position he established at the firm's founding has held through every cycle since 2002. Capital organized around shared prosperity is more resilient than capital organized around extraction. The conclusion is not philosophical. It is the premise from which the firm's fund agreements are drafted. The SAVI Capital Model is the technical name for that premise, written into four binding tenets that govern equitable profit-sharing, fair and transparent compensation, principled stewardship, and structurally encoded social impact. The Four Tenets are not values statements. They are distribution terms and governance obligations enforceable under the same legal standard as the preferred return to limited partners.

Before founding The SAVI Group, his earlier career covered senior real-estate development and hospitality operations across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, working with established sponsors and developers in the same sectors the firm later built around. The patterns of that earlier work shape the firm's current discipline of off-market sourcing, governance-first screening, and partnership with sponsors whose own stance matches the firm's encoded commitments.

He serves as Chairman of The SAVI Ministries, the operational expression of Tenet 4 of The SAVI Capital Model. The SAVI Ministries is a 508(c)(1)(a) non-profit registered in Olympia, Washington, and active in the United States and Latin America. Its work includes general aviation mercy operations, humanitarian relief missions throughout the Americas, and direct support for individuals undergoing non-conventional cancer treatment. He also sits on the boards of multiple private companies within the firm's portfolio, advising on growth strategy and ethical governance.
